Perhaps you’re feeling stuck in your marriage or relationship, your faith or spirituality, your sex life, your addictions, or your sense of purpose or identity in life. Wherever you find yourself, I believe that there is more for you. It is my goal to provide a comfortable and non-judgmental environment where I can help you process what you decide to share with me. I want to continually affirm your worth and help you discover or re-discover the things that ignite joy in your life. I take a compassionate approach and ask insightful questions to help you get to where you want to go. I utilize various evidence-based approaches that bring about real change. I can also provide faith-based counseling.
