I provide coaching services to adults, young adults and their families who struggle with ADHD and executive function skills. Challenges include, but are not limited to organization, time-management, prioritization, study skills, social skills and planning. During the coaching process, we pinpoint goals and dreams and uncover underlying issues that are holding them back. Together, we work on developing tools, skills and strategies in order for clients to reach their goals and lead a more fulfilling life.
