I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who specializes in behavior modification, dialectical behavior therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy. I have extensive experience working with children, preteens, adolescents and adults diagnosed with developmental delays, autism spectrum disorder, ADHD/ADD, and learning differences. I also work with couples and parents struggling with their executive functioning, trust, anxiety and depression. My focus is on helping individuals embrace their neurodivergence and develop strategies for learning and socializing that work for them, leading to happier and more fulfilling lives.
