I specialize in Gottman-based couples therapy and use the Gottman Assessment early to move quickly into practical tools for communication, trust repair, conflict management, and deeper intimacy. I also support individuals navigating anxiety, depression, breakups, divorce, anger, addiction, and life transitions, helping build insight, stability, and healthier patterns!
