I am hoping to provide you with a space where we can partner together to sort through the challenges that are bringing you in. I find it most helpful to use a collective approach of different therapeutic tools to personalize treatment. Whether this is your first time looking for help or you are familiar with the process I am hopeful that we can work together, and I look forward to meeting you. I have experience using solutions focused therapy to identify and improve current life functioning. I am trained in EMDR which can be a great tool to work through past trauma. I also am a certified drug and alcohol abuse counselor.
