I am passionate about working directly with individuals, couples, and families to deepen connection, relieve tension, and explore identity. I specialize in trauma-based disorders and issues, high-conflict couples, sex therapy, kink, and intimacy needs, ethical non-monogamy, and sexual identity exploration. It is paramount for me to meet my clients exactly where they are, rather than expecting a “one size fits all” approach to be beneficial. I combine evidence-based practice with interventions that align with specific client needs.
