Many of the people I work with feel anxious, stuck, or disconnected — from their bodies, their partners, or their sense of ease in everyday life. You may notice anxiety showing up in relationships or intimacy, making closeness feel stressful, confusing, or out of reach. Together, we create a space where you can slow down and reconnect.
