Hello, I’m Jose and I am a Licensed Mental Health psychotherapist with more than 35 years of clinical experience. As a therapist, I believe that a kind and supportive, client-focused approach is fundamental in helping navigate the many challenges that life can bring. I like to provide my clients with a warm, nonjudgmental, safe, and supportive space where we can explore and address the various thoughts, emotions, experiences, etc. that pose a challenge in everyday situations. Life can bring about many challenges and at times, seeking professional support can help manage these challenges. In my current practice, I focus on helping individuals resolve, eliminate, and transform barriers, feelings, thoughts, and beliefs that keep them from living a joyful life.
