I am a queer-identifying, bilingual (Spanish/English) Licensed Mental Health Counselor who offers a compassionate, welcoming space where you can feel seen and supported. I’m committed to inclusivity and gentle, nonjudgmental care. My work centers around sexuality, gender identity, body positivity, relationship wellness, and sexual health. I also walk alongside individuals and groups navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, addiction, and domestic violence, helping them heal at their own pace. To make therapy accessible, I offer virtual sessions with weekday, evening, and weekend availability. I do my best to accommodate busy work or school schedules. My goal is to meet you where you are and provide flexible, supportive care that truly fits into your life.
