I am a bilingual (English/Spanish) Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California. I practice with compassion and understanding and am here to support you on your journey. My approach to therapy is to draw from multiple theoretical orientations and techniques. I utilize Attachment-Based, Compassion Focused, Strength-Based, Cognitive Behavioral, Dialectical Behavior, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused, Acceptance and Commitment, and Trauma Focused interventions in my practice.
