Let’s work together. I know how deeply frustrating it can be to give so much of yourself and still feel like happiness is just out of reach. Many of the struggles we carry, including staying in survival mode, constantly striving, feeling disconnected from our bodies, numbing with food, screens, or substances, or losing ourselves in caregiving, are not personal failures. They are patterns we learned early on, often before we had the language or support to understand them. A client once shared, “You’re the first therapist I’ve truly connected with. You’ve helped me see all parts of myself with love and compassion.” I strive to meet each person exactly where they are. In therapy, I bring my authentic self, grounded, warm, and often with a touch of humor, to walk alongside you as you navigate your path toward healing.
