I am a bilingual (Spanish and English) Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor with more than three decades of varied clinical experience. I have a true respect for the art and practice of therapeutic counseling with those struggling with substance use and/or mental health disorders. I have helped family members recognize enabler/ codependent patterns of behaviors and offer problem-solving support skills. Everyone is an expert on their story, and my role is to listen with openness, patience, and compassion to provide others with a journey toward healing, recovery, and hope.
