I am a dedicated mental health counselor who strives to foster understanding, comfort, and self confidence in my clients. I use a compassionate, client centered approach and draw from cognitive behavioral, gestalt, and motivational techniques to create a safe and confidential therapeutic environment. I approach family and couples counseling utilizing emotionally focused and family systems techniques. I collaborate with each client to develop a personalized treatment plan that encourages open dialogue and meaningful change. Outside of counseling, I am a trained opera singer, composer, and I enjoy cooking.
