I recently joined Copper Door Counseling a practice that accepts most Indiana Medicaid! Day-to-day life can slowly drain our energy and joy, sometimes to the point where we lose our sense of connection and enjoyment altogether. In my work, I often use CBT and DBT interventions, while also helping clients reconnect with life and the world around them in meaningful ways. I have worked in the mental health field for 10 years and previously spent 4 years as a teacher. As I begin my journey as a therapist, I look forward to bringing a sense of humor, grounding, and genuine care into my work with clients.
