Facing change can be overwhelming. I guide clients with compassion, authenticity, and empathy, tailoring my approach to their unique challenges. With addiction, I provide firm accountability and don’t shy away from addressing denial, manipulation, or other defenses. For mental health concerns, I follow the client’s lead, offering support and evidence-based strategies. I also specialize in helping family members of those struggling with addiction find healing and recovery of their own. I specialize in substance use, supporting affected family members, trauma, depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, and ADHD. I believe healing begins with connection—to ourselves and others—shaped by our biology, thoughts, and relationships past and present.
