Life can present many challenges, including pressures with family, stress at work, and various time demands. Maybe it has come to a point where your cup has overflowed and you are unable to be present for the people in your life. Consequently, you might have turned to excessive drinking or other problematic behaviors to cope. I am a therapist who will help you gain the confidence to navigate those challenges in a safe and therapeutic environment. I work with young adults (ages 18-35) who struggle with anxiety, depression, or other mental health issues that lead to stress in relationships.
