I emphasize a collaborative approach to treatment utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and when appropriate, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I am also trained in Cranial Electrotherapy Stimulation (CES). I specialize in treating adults whose primary presenting problem involves Anxiety Disorders (e.g., Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Panic Disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Phobias, Social Anxiety and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder).
