Hey! I am a Counseling Intern with a background in pastoral care, grief, and trauma-informed care. I am currently completing my master’s in Counseling Psychology at The Seattle School of Theology and Psychology, where I integrate relational psychodynamic theory, narrative therapy, and trauma-informed care to help individuals make sense of their past and experience meaningful change in the present. I have experience walking with clients through grief, trauma, identity struggles, religious and spiritual wounds, and relational challenges.
