We have lived through challenging times, with Covid and the ways it has changed how we live, to social and political divides and economic hardships. And of course, every person has been affected in different ways, to varying degrees by these changes. I know that it is not always easy to come to the realization that we may need help with what life throws at us, and that we have often been raised to feel that we should be strong enough to handle whatever comes our way on our own. However, I sincerely feel that everyone needs some extra help now and then, particularly these days as we deal with unprecedented obstacles in our lives.
