I am passionate about accompanying people through the many dimensions of change and personal growth. Change can be difficult to say the least, yet life transitions also offer a dynamic pathway to greater self-awareness. My therapeutic style is eclectic but my approach is always trauma-informed and relies primarily on Family Systems, Attachment Theory and Motivational Interviewing. I am intuitive, curious, compassionate and collaborative, believing that at the heart of therapy is human connection. Our work together will allow you to explore your experience in safety and help you orient toward your most authentic self.
