Hi, I’m Josephine. I believe that every behavior, belief, and pattern has a deeper story to be untangled and understood. While some undesired patterns or beliefs might often feel set in stone, I hold the conviction that every individual and relationship is capable of change. At the heart of my therapeutic approach is the understanding that our well-being and self-identity are shaped by how we relate to ourselves, to others, and to the events in our lives. With humility and compassion, I strive to meet each individual where they are and provide guidance and encouragement towards new paths forward.
