As a provider I’m here to support and assist people with managing challenges, facilitate difficult personal change, connect with themselves and others in a healthy meaningful way, reduce the impacts of trauma, anxiety and depression and achieve sustainable goals. I enjoy working with people ages 18 years and older, of all multicultural backgrounds and diverse sexual/ gender identities.
