About
With over 30 years of experience working with individuals, families, and children, I bring a compassionate, seasoned perspective to the therapeutic process. I integrate Cognitive Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to support clients in exploring the parts of themselves that may be holding them back—often parts that developed for very honorable reasons, as forms of protection or survival. I believe at our core, we all aspire to be the best versions of ourselves: amazing partners, parents, friends, and professionals. Yet sometimes, these protective parts can create patterns that no longer serve us. My role is to help you build a relationship with those parts, to understand them with curiosity and compassion, and to reconnect with your inner trust and strength. Together, we can create space for healing and growth so you can step fully into the life you know you’re meant to live.
