Even after nearly 40 years as a therapist, each time I begin to work with people I feel as though I am walking on holy ground. Each person who comes to me willing to be vulnerable and open to the change necessary to bring about greater relational happiness and deeper personal awareness is treated with profound respect. Therapy takes courage to face that part of ourselves that may be limiting or sabotaging our relational and personal growth. My style is non-blaming, eclectic and active incorporating cognitive, developmental, systemic and psychodynamic modalities. A licensed MFT, I've had specialized training in Family Reconstruction, dream work,Gestalt, ACOA issues, sexual abuse trauma, EMDR, TFT and spiritual issues among others.
