Hi, I’m Josh. I appreciate you taking the time to read this. Most of the people that I have met with will describe that they don’t have enough support in their life in general, or have already tried traditional kinds of therapy and it hasn’t really worked, or that they want more therapeutic skills to weather the storms of life and the storms of their mental health. I always ask people to show up as you are, which means being honest, authentic, and hopefully curious to learn. My central focus is on helping you develop a healthier relationship with yourself because in my view, that’s where the healing begins.
