I specialize in working with LGBTQ+ adolescents and adults—particularly those who identify as transgender, nonbinary, genderfluid, or who are questioning their gender. My ideal clients are navigating identity exploration, attachment wounds, and emotional challenges like anxiety, depression, and trauma. They may feel misunderstood, disconnected, or overwhelmed, and are seeking a therapist who affirms their experience and helps them build a stronger sense of self. I use an integrative, attachment-based approach to create a space where clients feel safe, seen, and supported in their healing journey. Together, we work to explore identity, build emotional insight, and foster deeper, more secure connections—with themselves and others.
