Hello! I work with teens, young adults, and adults from various backgrounds on processing trauma, intergenerational trauma, and reducing harms caused by co-occuring substance use. I am currently available for individual, couples, and family sessions via telehealth, in-office in-person, or outdoors. I utilize a trauma-informed, culturally humble strengths-based approach to facilitate growth and healing. I am informed in IFS, Theraplay, EMDR, polyvagal theory, psychedelic integration, and CBT. After we have gone over our initial intake assessment and treatment planning, we may collaborate on ways to get outside and use nature as a mechanism for change.
