Hello! I know beginning therapy isn’t always easy, but I’m glad you’ve taken this step. Whether you’re navigating a crisis, working through long-standing patterns, or simply feeling stuck, I offer a collaborative, compassionate space to support your healing and growth. I’m a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) with experience treating depression, suicidal thoughts, anxiety, trauma, stress, substance use, and perfectionism. My style is warm, affirming, and client-centered. I earned my degree from Columbia University and currently serve as a program coordinator at a major NYC hospital. I work with people of all racial, cultural, and religious backgrounds, as well as all sexual orientations and gender identities. I use evidence-based therapies—including CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, Humanistic and Problem-Solving approaches, and trauma-focused care—to meet each client’s needs.
