Hi! I am Susan Arnowitz, a licensed Clinical Psychologist and mindfulness meditation educator with over 20+ years of experience. Currently licensed in NY and FL, I see clients in-person and offer telehealth in PSYPACT participating states. My practice is focused on individualized treatment for adolescents and adults of all ages experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma and loss; struggling with life transitions, career concerns, or relationship issues; or wanting help with a problematic behavior or just feeling stuck. My goal is to help clients create meaningful, lasting change in a thoughtful, warm, and compassionate environment.
