Having completed fellowships in Child & Adolescent Psychodynamic Therapy, and Adult Psychodynamic Therapy, I work primarily with children, adolescents, and young adults. I work from a base of psychodynamic and interpersonal talk therapy (in the form of play with younger children) to build awareness and to work through internal distress or conflict. I augment this work by using third-wave CBT modalities, which draw on mindfulness strategies and skills, in order to use ‘achieved awareness and understanding’, to live in new, more balanced, skillful, and regulated ways.
