I believe that therapy should be individualized to the needs of the client. We treat people - not diagnoses. As such, I believe that everyone should be given their own care approach based on what works well for them. I also believe that lived experiences can shape how we interact with the world. I specialize in working with clients in which the context of their life is taken into consideration. Everyone is different, and therapy should be tailored towards these different needs!
