Do you find that your level of fulfillment is impacted by the past's effect on your present and also your dissatisfaction with your current patterns? We will work together to improve your day-to-day, developing coping skills for relief while looking at the roots of patterns you want to dislodge. It will be hard work, but worth the effort. And I will be a nonjudgmental, interactive, and empathetic partner along the way. I weave together different therapeutic techniques, including CBT, IFS, EMDR, and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy to support growth and treat trauma.
