As a licensed psychologist, I provide a wide range of therapeutic services in the central and northern New Jersey region. Though I work with individuals of all ages, my specialty is treating adolescents and young professionals, specifically those going through transition (changing schools, choosing a career, parents are going through a divorce, etc). I use an integrated approach combining Humanistic, Psychodynamic, Cognitive-Behavioral, and Solution-Focused approaches. I also specialize and have a passion for Sports Psychology and am an affiliate of Wheelhouse Training located in Hillsboro, New Jersey.
