Hello! My name is Josh Dickter. I specialize in working with children and young adults, and have experience treating individuals managing a variety of symptoms, including depression, anxiety, executive functioning challenges, giftedness or (oftentimes) a combination of all of these traits and more. I strongly believe that child distress quickly becomes family distress; therefore, I advocate for a mixed treatment approach involving individual work with the child, family work between parents and the child, and parent coaching sessions or consultations if the parents are comfortable with it.
