I have a strong background in individual, couples and family therapy. I tailor my approach to meet the unique needs of each client to foster growth, healing and positive change. Primarily I work with adolescents and adults suffering from anxiety, depression, self-esteem, trauma and attention-deficit issues. People I work with often are experiencing challenges/changes in their health, marriage, career and family. I also offer marital therapy and family therapy to help family members improve their relationships. I work best with couples in which each spouse is willing to participate in the therapy process.
