I have years of personal experience working with children, teens and young adults. I come from a large family with divorced parents in which I became aware of many of the complexities that accompany family life and how they affect the individual. I learned when at my lowest point that it takes small, seemingly insignificant changes to how we think and behave, applied consistently, to spark a fire that will fuel us in the direction we want to go in our lives. I often tell my clients that life by the yard is hard; by the inch it's a cinch.
