Life can be overwhelming. Ongoing problems can leave us feeling frustrated and defeated. Anxiety, depression, trauma, substance and behavioral addictions, relationship conflict, or grief and loss make it even harder to cope. The joy and spirit of life that we once had seems far gone. We may feel like we've been holding it together for weeks, months, or even years. At our lowest we lose perspective and believe things will never change. We don't want to be this way anymore.
