Whether you are coming to this page with years of experience in therapy or are adventuring into this for the first time, welcome. We are absolutely not wired to do life alone or come pre-loaded with all the skills and insights desired to manage the good, hard, and painful. Providing a space of gentleness and compassion, we can work together on painful past experiences in the family or otherwise, symptoms of anxiety or depression, sexual concerns, feelings of guilt or shame, identity concerns, challenges in religious/spiritual upbringing, or just overall feeling stuck.
