Mental health awareness has been on the rise and more people are becoming more accepting of engaging in therapy. In my time of practice, I have worked with clients who are battling with anxiety, depression, relational issues, grief, addiction, low self-esteem, and many more things. Most times, clients are looking to solve these symptoms that their lives bring forth which should be the goal, of course. But I believe the goal is finding the root cause. That is the hardest part of therapy. This is where people struggle. & this is where I step in; for guidance, for strength, for insight all to mend a lasting solution.
