I am of mixed heritage, with Afro-Indigenous and European roots. I come from the Umoⁿhoⁿ (Omaha) people, whose deep connection to the Missouri River shapes how I understand relationship and belonging. I support individuals, couples, families, and teens exploring trauma, identity, and intimacy. My work weaves somatic psychotherapy, Dance/Movement Therapy, and cultural integration. I specialize in working with people of color, those navigating mixed-race identity, body image, and derealization/depersonalization. I use parts work, expressive arts, and ancestral approaches to support embodiment and voice.
