Every day brings a new story, a new challenge, and a unique perspective as a therapist. I cherish the moments when someone experiences a breakthrough and begins to see themselves in a new light. It's those moments of growth and realization that remind me why I chose this path. I enjoy connecting with people from all ages and backgrounds. Over more than 15 years I have developed a wealth of experience collaborating with children, teens and adults meeting them where they are presently. In our sessions, we explore a variety of techniques tailored to what feels right for you. The goal is always to find what resonates with you and supports you. I provide a person centered approach using evidenced based interventions to heal from trauma, cope with adjustments or overcome fears. My work is honed in to meet the developmental stages in each.
