Helping clients navigate and heal from the multitude of life's stressors and hurts is at the heart of what I do. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, heard, and truly understood. Healing isn't about rushing the process or following a rigid plan - it's about finding what works for you! My ideal client is looking to work collaboratively with me to heal their trauma, find solutions for their anxiety and depression, and navigate issues in relationships.
