Hi! As a therapist my goal is to guide, support, and empower clients to become the best version of themselves. My passion is to facilitate positive changes and to elicit inner personal growth for my clients. As a clinician, I help clients be more self aware, manage their emotions, and learn how to cope with life issues. I also address thought patterns and behaviors to increase insight. I like to use solution focused and cognitive-behavioral therapeutic techniques to achieve this. I am driven to help people, and am determined to ensure that my clients experience a respectful, safe, caring, and fun environment with me. I am also a Master's level Certified Addiction Professional and specialize in addictions of all kinds, but particularly enjoy working with those struggling with substance abuse. For clients who are interested in incorporating a more spiritual component of therapy, I also offer this as well.
