I'm Joy, owner of Get It Together Therapy. I'm a trauma-informed and attachment-based psychotherapist who works with people to break cycles that create chronic stress in their relationships and other parts of their lives. My goal is to provide a non-judgmental and empathetic space that helps people better understand and accept themselves. I work with people to develop awareness of thought and behavior patterns that hold people back from living their life in peace. Once we've unlocked what's holding you back, you'll feel more empowered and be able to find a little more joy in your daily life. View 5 Photos Therapy isn't "one size fits all," so I work with each client to find the approach that fits best for them. I'm trained in a variety of interventions including Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Circle of Security Parenting (COSP).
