I am mother-of-two, polyamorous, queer, sex-positive, Jewish/atheist psychotherapist. I specialize in working with teens and adults who are neurodivergent, LGBTQIA+, consensually non-monogamous, kinky, or who experience chronic pain. Together, we work on issues of exploring identity; communication; vulnerability; boundary setting; jealousy; navigating relationships with friends, family, and colleagues; family dynamics; and more. Many of my clients struggle with depression, general anxiety, social anxiety, complex trauma, ADHD, ASD, AuDHD, other neurodivergences, or feelings of low self-worth. I believe in an eclectic approach that employs techniques from person-centered, acceptance and commitment, and mindfulness. I also address the complex trauma often associated with being neurodivergent in a neurotypical world by incorporating EMDR tailored to neurodivergent individuals.
