Hi, I'm Joy, and I've been a licensed professional counselor for over 20 years, with close to 30 years within the behavioral health profession. Throughout my career, I've had the honor of working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and experiences. While we are all unique humans, with different traumas and experiences, there are many commonalities that connect us, to help us feel less alone and more fulfilled. Understanding how our thoughts influence our feelings, attitudes, and life experiences can be incredibly powerful, providing a sense of acceptance and liberation.
