I am dedicated to helping adults navigate their struggles with anxiety and depression by providing consistent support through weekly or bi-weekly sessions. These sessions offer a structured and safe space for clients to explore their emotions, identify patterns, and develop effective coping strategies. By working together regularly, we can make meaningful progress in managing symptoms, building resilience, and enhancing overall well-being. My goal is to empower clients to regain control over their lives and cultivate a sense of peace and balance. I know what it is like to feel out of control of your own life. My greatest strength as a clinician is my ability to help individuals break down tasks that initially feel overwhelming into manageable, achievable steps.
