With over 30 years of experience, I have an eclectic background including extensive international work with people and communities who have experienced trauma. I am certified in EMDR, and I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional Level ll. Facilitating healing while equipping people to navigate life in a value driven manner are foundations of my practice. I am passionate about advocacy and creating spaces that empower and inspire. My work also includes local and global consulting and training with organizations, communities, tribal groups, and government agencies, to make a difference in the lives of children and young people. I use experiential techniques to facilitate the development of positive coping strategies and address stress, trauma, anxiety, and depression. Empowerment and healing are important parts of my work.
