I am a licensed associate marriage and family therapist who has a passion for helping individuals, adolescents, couples and families navigate relationships where solutions for problems seem difficult to find. I work with clients to analyze past challenges and current life/relationship experiences, as well as identify and build upon personal strengths and unrecognized resiliency. Together, I walk with clients down a path of change towards a destination of healing and understanding. My approach is direct and collaborative, based in attachment theory and family systems/dynamics.
