I use many modalities to help find and maximize internal joy. The path to fulfillment can be murky and heavy. Old, buried wounds often need to resurface and be acknowledged. It is my passion to walk the winding journey with people, help peel back the layers, and unveil the strong, wild human within. Besides my therapy license, I have a doctorate in the Ministry of Engaged Wisdom where I studied cosmology, native traditions, consciousness, and meditation. I’ve studied the enneagram for more than 30 years and that is my most prominent framework. I offer ketamine and psilocybin therapy as well and have substantial experience in both.
